Yeah, it’s a whole new team for Amazing Spidey next month (Marc Guggenheim and Salvador Larroca…uh-oh), but Slott and McNiven (who was so good on Civil War) will eventually be back for future arcs (not until May or later, though). So we get more issues per month, but there’s the risk that certain creative teams will suck…hopefully they’ve figured out a way to make this one book not seem like it’s really a half-dozen books by different people. Still, I’m kind of interested in some of the other teams–in particular, Bob “I wrote Back to the Future” Gale and Phil “I drew Infinite Crisis” Jimenez…that could be, um, McFly.
As far as the next Hulk, it’s scheduled for February 20th, I believe. Since my memories of the first issue have already started to fade, that ain’t a good sign. I also hate waiting, and the publishers/artists/whoever-is-to-blame make us do it a lot now. That’s one of the advantages of trade paperbacks…all the issues at once. But one disadvantage is that, if you only read trades, you are six months or more behind the curve as far as current continuity. And there’s the rub. One of the rubs. Can there be more than one rub? Either way, the shit is mad rubsy. ‘Evs, bro. Nothing’s perfecto.

I dig Slott’s Spidey. So far I’m in on the BND fits..bummer then that he’s gone next month. Do you know if it’s going to be a whole new team or is just Slott gone? Also when does the next Hulk issue hit? I hate waiting..
