Snoop can do whatever he wants... this video is far more serious than say....... Soul Plane? i also feel like with the video he's taking a stab at the Roger thing and really doing a more genuine tribute than just being a dipshit who can't sing like T-Pain. it's not like snoop has ever taken himself that seriously... even doggystyle had funny skits and ridiculous stuff on it. he's always had a sense of humor. this is fucking awesome end of story.

Video is genius. Song is hilarious, but also a bit embarrassing. Call me crazy but I do think it is okay for me to be upset that a man who's name is on the cover of one of the iconic rap albums of my lifetime has reached the point where he can not be taken seriously even by himself. To me this song is half Richard Pryror making Bustin' Loose and half Martin Lawrence putting on a dress, feel me?

it's to the point where Snoop gets to do what Snoop wants, and it's genius.

Critics will argue that No Limit Topp Dogg is the west coast Illmatic. It's true.

i like snoop. that video is funny. the whole song is funny, it's just joke rap, which is great. he "snoops it up"...

that group of people you are referring to the...

"Is it too “no homo”? Did he “sell out”? Is it too “mainstream”? Does it not make you look like a “tough guy”? Is it not gloomy and vulnerable sounding enough?"

... do you know anyone who feels this way? have you ever heard someone call snoop a "sell out". i feel like i haven't heard the whole "keep it real" diatribe in years. I think rap has gone completely to the other side(maybe too far) where everyone copies each other and sounds the same... i think everything has flipped.
