And…we’re back!! I know what you’re thinking. “Where you been?” First of all, nice grammar. Second-wise, I had to take a little break to not take a break at all, but instead to write and record two brand new songs for an upcoming project straight outta Japan (big up to Yanase Productions and DJ SLY). Which is to say, I had work I was actually getting paid to do. And when that happens, you can just take your free Chart Toppers and cram ‘em. But I’m more or less done with all that for now, so rather than cool my jets with a well-deserved rest, it’s nose to the grindstone again for your man Grip Grand, aka myself. And so it is with great pleasure that I bring you this week’s Chart Topper, the Just Blaze-produced heater Live Your Life by T.I. and Rihanna.

Between the two of them, T.I. and Rihanna have 3 of the 4 top spots on the chart locked down, and T.I. knocked none other than himself out of the top spot with this here song. That’s exceedingly rare. I guess God is rewarding him for all those gun charges and shit. Wait, that doesn’t make sense…well, at any rate, enjoy this week’s Chart Topper, and let’s all hope T.I. bumps himself out of the hot seat again with a third joint, or else pretty soon I’m gonna have to do that Pink song, So What. And nobody wants that.
