Everything is Great w/ J.T. – More Movies!!!

I’ve been to the movies five times in the last two weeks. Apparently I don’t like the outdoors. Check out what I’m wasting my life doing!!!

These are a few press flicks compliments of Monster Image Works. He did all of the photos for Rob Rush’s “Childhood Hero” and is working on the Q’m Happy Hour photos as well. Also put up the Rec-League Bio for anyone who wants to check that out… XXL? URB? Source Magazine? I’m lookin at you.
Comics, comics, comics. Will Thanksgiving delay this week’s batch for some obscure reason related to the UPS Holiday shipping schedules? You won’t find out here! But you will find out what comics I’m gonna pony up for when release day does rear its ugly little head. So let’s move right along with that, shall we? Excellent.
Another sad day for hip-hop. Flint, Michigan representative MC Breed passed away in his sleep on November 22nd. But for anyone who grew up on 90’s rap music, he will never be forgotten. Breed now resides in heaven, where he and 2Pac are hard at work on the long-awaited Gotta Get Mine remix. One love, brother.
Ain’t no future in yo’ frontin,
Grip
A bit of history here… Q’m and Baby Shark in 2004 with a day off, wound up finding a video camera and years later it found itself edited and on youtube, compliments of SanGenius. Enjoy.
OK, I’ma keep this short and sweet, like a chocolate-covered Danny Devito. Not a lot of books on the list, but a couple of other things out today are sure to put a hurtin’ on my wallet. So, in the immortal words of Young MC, “Bust it.”
Thanks to Dan (straight outta Leeds) at Real Rap Talk for giving me yet another opportunity to make a douche of myself in public. Gracias, hombre. I had fun with this one, and I especially like how, somewhere along the way, the hyperlinks got muy loco, causing–for example–Richie Cunning’s MySpace address to appear on the printed page as “Invalid Friend ID”…hilarious. Regular readers of Routine Fly will see a lot of familiar material. What can I say? I’m a very lazy man…
Anyway, here’s another self-serving interview about me, provided by me. Enjoy.
In case you’ve been under a rock somewhere… Richie Cunning is on the move in a big way these days. His newest accomplishment? A guest spot on the new Zion I mixtape! The mixtape (so not a tape anymore… does anyone have a tape player? i do.. ) is available for free download from the Zion I website. Props to Richie and to all the people that helped make this happen. Track list after the jump.

Routine Fly turned 1 year old on Nov. 8th. We were all tied up at the Meth & Red show but hey, look how far we’ve come folks.
Here’s to at least 2 more. Cheers.
